Jennifer Baxter


Jennifer A. Baxter is a Business Development Officer for the Wells Fargo Business Banking Group in the Central Valley. She has spent over 13 years of leading high performing teams in the areas of Public Relations, Sales, Marketing and Business Development in various sectors such as finance, healthcare, and energy efficiency. Jennifer’s mission is to help businesses accelerate from good to great through financial success and business growth. She specializes in developing collaborative efforts with business partners, jurisdictions, and personal contacts to assist her clients in achieving and exceeding their performance goals. “Working together, winning together.”

Samantha Dodero is the Marketing and Community Outreach Coordinator for the San Joaquin Valley Clean Energy Organization (SJVCEO). She has been with the nonprofit organization for a little over a year and a half. The SJVCEO is tasked and dedicated to leading the eight-county region that makes up the San Joaquin Valley and the High Desert Region toward a clean energy future. Samantha enjoys being out in the community and making a difference in the clean energy future of California.

Kevin Flanagan


Kevin Flanagan is co-founder of ThinkWire Energy Services. ThinkWire Energy Services is an energy consulting and data analytics group that helps clients evaluate energy opportunities, mitigate risk, and reduce energy costs. ThinkWire Energy Services is working to transform the energy marketplace by helping energy consumers make informed, data-driven energy decisions. ThinkWire Energy has broad consulting expertise in various energy areas including self-generation (solar, CHP, wind, fuel cell), energy efficiency, utility cost management, energy commodity supply (power and natural gas), advanced energy storage, RFP development, and utility tariff management. Kevin is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and lives in Coarsegold, CA.

Frank Henry


Frank Henry is manager of public utility energy-efficiency contracts for CLEAResult where his interest in energy and its use in business is practiced. He serves dairies and wineries on the commercial side, and high-efficiency hot water heaters for residential customers. Frank’s studies in business management at University of Phoenix provided him a multifaceted career in project and people management, spanning variety of sectors from high technology to transportation, medical products to finance. Frank has administered efficiency programs for Pacific Gas & Electric, Southern California Edison, and Southern California Gas.
